Ticket Queries

Do I need to register to attend and will I be charged for tickets?

It is quicker to pre-register your attendance and The CropTec Show is FREE to attend. You can register for your free ticket here.

Is my ticket valid for more than one day?

Yes! Your ticket grants you access to both days of the show. You can register for your free ticket here.

Do I need to print my ticket?

We recommend printing your ticket in advance, allowing you to bypass any queues.

Can children attend?

Yes, children are permitted to attend The CropTec Show. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Children must have tickets with their own names on their tickets for health and safety reasons.

What are the Show opening times?

Wednesday 29th November: 8.30am – 4.30pm
Thursday 30th November: 8.30am – 4.00pm

Why has The CropTec Show changed venue?

The CropTec Show had to change venue due to the previous one closing down. We are now at the NAEC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire. You can find out more about the new venue here.

How do I get to The CropTec Show?

The CropTec Show will be held at the NEAC Stoneleigh, Warwickshire:

By Car:

Parking at the venue is FREE.

Using Sat Nav? Please use this postcode: CV8 2LH and make sure that you follow the AA road signs to find the main entrance to the site. Once your satnav has brought you to the NAEC Stoneleigh, follow the signs for the show you’re visiting.

From London / M40. Leave the M40 at junction 15 and head onto the A46 towards Coventry. Follow the signs to Stoneleigh Park main entrance or NAEC on the B4113.

From the M6/M9. Leave the M6 at junction 2 and head onto the A46 towards Warwick or at the end of the M69, head onto the A46 towards Warwick and the M40. Follow the signs to Stoneleigh Park main entrance or NAEC on the B4113.

From the M1 (Northbound). Leave the M1 at junction 17 and join the M45 heading towards Coventry. Pick up the signs for the A45 Coventry (NOT Daventry). Stay on the A45 heading towards the A46, follow the signs to Stoneleigh Park main entrance or NAEC on B4113.

By Rail:

Royal Leamington Spa. Warwick and Warwick Parkway rail stations are situated on the main London Marylebone line. The Birmingham line stops for the Virgin West Coast Mainline.

London Euston – Coventry services every 30 minutes on weekdays.

London Marylebone – Warwick Parkway services every 30 minutes.

Birmingham – Coventry frequent services from Birmingham New Street, Birmingham International and Coventry.

From these mainline stations, you will need to take a short taxi ride. Taxi ranks are based at both Warwick Parkway and Coventry stations, which are approximately 5 miles from Stoneleigh Park.

Bus and Coach:

Coventry bus station is 6 miles (10km) away from Stoneleigh Park. Warwick bus station is 9 miles (14km) from Stoneleigh Park.

Nearest International Airports:

Stoneleigh Park is within a 30-minute drive of Birmingham International Airport.

Do I need to pre-book parking?

You don't need to pre-book parking as NAEC have around 10,000 parking spaces, which means less time searching for a spot and more time enjoying your day at The CropTec Show. Furthermore, the parking is free of charge! Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Can I book a hotel?

As the official accommodation agent for CropTec, BGC Events Ltd has negotiated set rates for an allocation of rooms at a number of local hotels convenient to Stoneleigh.

Can you test drive a sprayer this year?

YES! Brand new for this year, you can test drive a sprayer. You can find more information here.

Is the venue accessible?

NAEC has disabled parking available, this will be signposted or directed by a steward at the event.

Will there be visitor WiFi zones?

Yes, there is free visitor WiFi available.

If you are an exhibitor, you will be able to pre-book WiFi via the Ezone.

Is there a cash point?

There are no ATM machines on site. The venue takes cash and card.

Are pets allowed at The CropTec Show?

Dogs are allowed on site on a lead, but they are not permitted into the event, nor should they be left in your car. Only guide dogs and assistance dogs for the disabled are allowed on site.

Will show photography and videography be taken during the show?

The purchase of a ticket signifies acceptance that as members of the audience, ticket holders may be filmed, sound recorded and/or photographed for broadcast and/or future publicity.

Will there be food and drink at the show?

Yes, there will be a 'Strollers Restaurant' in Hall 2 which provides a wide selection of refreshing drinks, hot meals, and deli sandwiches.
