We're delighted you've chosen to be part of CropTec 2024! To ensure you have all the information and resources needed for a successful exhibition, we're hosting Exhibitor Information Sessions.

During this informative session, we'll cover everything you need to know about exhibiting, including:

  • Marketing & Promotion: Strategies to maximise attendee engagement before, during, and after the event.
  • Logistics & Operations: A comprehensive walkthrough of stand set-up, equipment hire, and on-site services.
  • Important Deadlines: Key dates to keep track of and ensure a smooth exhibition experience.
  • Best Practices: Proven tips to make your stand a standout and attract qualified leads.

We understand your time is valuable, so we're offering two convenient session dates:

  • Monday, 12th August, 10am-12

  • Friday, 4th October, 12-2pm

Pre-registration is required for both sessions. Please choose your preferred date and register here.
