Nick has 35 years’ experience in the agronomy and distribution sector, starting as an agronomist in Kent. He then moved to Norfolk in 1996 continuing with agronomy, but also developed a commercial role alongside his farm advice. His remit expanded into procurement working with suppliers as well as key customers, developing a large network of links across the wider industry. He then moved into a Marketing management role providing insight and connectivity with customers through the knowledge gained with his on-farm and business relationships. Nick is now Head of Marketing at Hutchinsons, one of the largest distribution and agronomy companies in the UK, including brands such as Farmacy, Omnia and Produce Packaging.
