Farms 300 Ha on a mixed farm on the north east Essex Coast. The farm is in the Guinness Book of records as officially the driest farm in Britain with an average annual rainfall of 490mm. The farm business is well diversified with hospitality ventures and 20 Ha of solar.

Guy also sits on the NIAB board. Between 2014 and 2020 he was deputy president of the NFU.
