Elle leads on LEAF Marque Standard Setting and Impacts workstream, including standard development and implementation, stakeholder engagement, and the development and delivery of the LEAF Sustainable Farming review. Elle collaborates with the supply chain and farmers to promote sustainable farming practices via LEAF Marque certification.  Elle is also studying for her doctorate exploring the benefits of direct farm sales for dairy farmer wellbeing and dairy cow welfare.
