The event will be available via a dedicated app through the appstore and google play, or on desktop via a dedicated web app.
We will send links to log in and access the app, along with your password, the day before the event.
Each visitor will need to register for their own ticket via their own email address.
Please note: sharing your registration on your email address could cause access issues on the day.
Yes, you can register on behalf of someone else, you will need to provide their details so they are correct on the visitor list for networking, and use their email address so they can easily access the system.
When you log into the platform for the first time, you will be able to update your registration profile, and your details
If you would not like to be able to connect with other visitors, when you first log into the platform you can select to be ‘hidden’ from the other visitors.
please note: your contact details are not shared with other visitors, only your name, company and job title, and any information you choose to include in your profile. Visitors will only be able to contact you via the messaging function within the platform.
Yes, the sessions will be able on-demand after the event.
Throughout the live event you’ll have multiple opportunities to connect with other visitors, from live chat function in the seminar halls, to direct messaging with other visitors and specific topic discussions in the networking area.
To deliver a seamless event experience, we’ll be using a dedicated, custom-built virtual event platform, with interactive functionality include Q&A, Interactive exhibitor hall and networking sessions
There is a virtual exhibiton hall where each exhibitor will have their own virtual ‘stand’ for you to engage with them on. This include specific content and products from them, virtual meeting booking and messaging functions.
An alternative way to access the exhibitors will also be available, in a directory format.
All sessions are pre-recorded and speakers will be available on the day through the live chat function throughout their session to answer any of your questions.
