New control system for Sukup Europe dryers

The QuadraTouch ProTM control system is featured on all of their tower and mobile continuous flow grain dryers and it is designed to be easy to use while
eliminating around the clock monitoring of the dryer thus increasing productivity and efficiency.

The control system has been designed so that it is simple to use with straight forward menus to guide you through all dryer functions where operator inputs
are easy with a pop-up keypad for entering drying temperatures and discharge moisture set points.

S.M.A.R.T. LOOP (Simultaneous Monitoring And Reaction Technology) uses incoming and outgoing moisture sensors with the advanced algorithm programing to increase dryer efficiency, reduce large swings in temperature and discharge moisture and help the dryer run more efficiently.

The PLC-based system is built to withstand harsh environments and can be situated next to the dryer or alternatively in a dryer plant control room. Optional remote monitoring of your Sukup dryer is available through your smart phone, tablet or PC.

With the new QuadraTouch ProTM control system working in conjunction with the automatic moisture sensors, patented Quad Metering discharge system
and the clean burning modulating gas burners it ensures a continuously accurate temperature and consistent final moisture content during the drying process.
