Get up to 40% towards the Yara N-Sensor for variable rate nitrogen application

The Yara-N-Sensor is a tractor mounted sensor to determine the nitrogen status of the crop using light reflectance to enable real time variable rate nitrogen fertiliser application.

Details have just been announced for the England Countryside Productivity Small Grant Scheme for 2019.  Under this scheme growers can apply a grant to cover up to 40% of the cost of eligible items, which in the caser of the N-Sensor includes sensor and linkage to variable control on fertiliser spreader.

This means you could claim up to £9,000 off the cost of a new N-Sensor.

The closing date for applications is 2nd September.
