Specialising in the development of improved application techniques and application training courses for crop protection products in a wide range of crops, for a diverse group of customers. These include: The European Crop Protection Association, chemical manufacturers and distributors, spray equipment manufacturers, farming companies, training associations, individual farmers and operators.

Prior to setting up his own consultancy, Tom worked 37 years for Syngenta in spray application technology, retiring as Syngenta Fellow – New Farm Technologies Lead. During his time at Syngenta he developed innovative application techniques, chemical handling systems and precision farming applications. He is probably best known for the development of the range of Syngenta Spray Nozzles.
